Bug#82310: Provides: java-servlet-engine



I agree that this would be a good policy.

If this were an actual policy proposal (with the indicated textual change
to policy), I think I would second it.

[Note also that some of these implementations support a lot more than
just servlets -- some support jsp and or ejb.]
