Hi!

Please see the attachment. I think it's quite a good idea to do this, to
stimulate the creation of deb archives outside Debian, for example for
commercial software that the companies themselves want to be able to use
their own bug-tracking system for.

We could put a Bugreports-To: field in the control file I guess. I
suggest you propose this on the debian-policy list.
