But I can't just read a compiled program to check what it does. A debian
package (in free or contrib) must have all the source there and that
includes debian/rules (especially includes debian/rules). Is the fact
that debian/rules can't be a Perl script ever really an issue (especially
as it can launch Perl scripts)?
