Implementing it might, however, need someone to come up with a bright idea
for a script to divide the RFCs accordingly. I tried several ties and
failed.
Except for the symliinks; I think I know how to do that (for those
protocol names found in STD 1), and it seems like a good idea.

Certainly looks acceptable to me, if people can live with that.
