Bug#40742: marked as done ([PROPOSED] a new virtual package for FTP servers)

The Conflicts: wu-ftpd is incomplete, there should be a version, for
example:

Conflicts: wu-ftpd (<< 2.5)

Why? Because I just uploaded wu-ftpd 2.5.0, and they share no files :)

Oh, yes, I submitted this one (#42) - as the 'bug report' is already fixed,
according to Policy 3.0.1.1's virtual packages list changelog:

  13 Jul 1999 Added ftp-server

...and I submitted it, I'll close it now. No point in having it open, eh? :)
