Bug#41095: small suggestion for packaging-manual

Package: packaging-manual
Version: 3.0.0.0
Severity: wishlist

-- System Information
Debian Release: potato
Kernel Version: Linux laminaria 2.2.10 #1 Thu Jun 24 20:49:42 PDT 1999 i686 unknown

I suggest the following change to packaging.sgml so that the order of
the characters matches the order of the text describing the
characters. Specifically. "+" is currently the first character
mentioned, but the first description is "full stop".

--- working directory: /tmp/
% diff -u packaging.sgml.orig packaging.sgml
--- packaging.sgml.orig	Sat Jul 10 21:14:57 1999
+++ packaging.sgml	Sat Jul 10 21:15:29 1999
