Removal of old policy proposals
Hi,
Under general housekeeping, I am planning on retitling all the
[OLD PROPOSAL] bugs in the BTS as [REJECTED], and marking them
fixed. (At some point we may just close all of them out).
I am marking them as fixed cause
a) people shall have ample notice of them disappearing (I said I was
going to clean out the BTS a month ago, so this should not be a
sudden thing)
b) They serve as reminders to people that the proposals did not
gather enough steam, and possibly refrain from bringing them up
unless there really are new ideas,
c) some of them can be reopened is necessary (after the requisite
contemplation) in case my glacial process is deemed too hasty ;-)

Someday, Weederman, we'll look back on all this and laugh... It will
probably be one of those deep, eerie ones that slowly builds to a
blood-curdling maniacal scream... but still it will be a
laugh. Mister Boffo
