Hi,

I plead guilty. At one time I did volunteer to be the collator
of such a document, but I have not recently had time to actually put
it together. If people would send me snippets of wisdom that should
go into such a document, I shall perform editorial functions and put
the document together (I would prefer not be be the sole author of
such a document, since portions of it would surely be controversial,
and I prefer not to have my opinions be the sole ones represented in
 there).
