Thanks, I already had a solution to my particular problem, and this was
it. As in, I already did this -- but I wasn't asking for help in my
particular problem, and this doesn't work for rsh.

I still think the policy, modified a bit to make the PATH statement
appending rather than overriding is a good thing to have.
