 result too.  I will be glad when the contents of some future and
 quick database have been worked out, and that database gets built.
 `dpkg' could be as fast as `rpm' then.

 SQL?  DB?  NoSQL?  What?  How?

 How will the Debian GNU/Linux "registry" database work?  What will go
 in it?  What will be its interface?  Will I be able to back up the
 conffiles and extrafiles as simply as I do now?
