I did mention that the changes are to the file xcin/tsin.c (only).
I also applied some other patches to xcin/tsin.c in 2.3.02-2 and explained
some of the details that I know, so I didn't repeat those information for
the 2.3.02-3 changelog.
As I wrote in another message, I did try to translate the Chinese changelog,
but I am not technically well-versed enough to know exact what the changes
are. I don't want to introduce any errors, so I included the Chinese
changelog in full and included some summary in English. Besides, unless you
are developing XCIN, you probably won't have a clue what the changes are
about, even if you can read Chinese.
Here is the relevant portion of the changelog file:
