The java virtual package names don't seem to be used much. javalex
depends on java-virtual-machine, guavac (mine) suggests it,
and kaffe provides it.

But libpgjava and biss-awt both suggest jdk1.1-runtime instead. I couldn't
actually find jdk1.1-runtime anywhere to see if it provides
java-virtual-machine, shouldn't it be in non-free/devel?
However, the java runtime package obviously didn't provide that package
when I filed #16652 else I would have mentioned it (it still wouldn't
solve javalex's problem though).
