Re: changelog vs ChangeLog and policy dictates



 Let's forget the policy. And let's take an average Linux user, using the
standard command shell (me using bash =)). This user uses the tab key to
travel through the filesystem and reach the farthest (?) files. This user
(who seems to like talking in 3rd peron about himself) has a little happier
life if he can get a list just by double tabbing at "/usr.../changelog",
instead of having to get out to the cold big world of "cd" and "ls".

 I think the real the question is "Why would we need to keep the upstream
name?"
