I think this is not a good example, because "Klee Dienes and Ian Jackson"
is not the same `human being' as "Klee Dienes" or "Ian Jackson".

BTW: I agree with Martin Schulze in that policy should perhaps be changed
to allow several human beings to share the maintenance of a package.

Right, but: would not be much better to use special headers for that?
In fact I think that special headers are already used in the bug system,
aren't they?
