Dave, you have an funny tendency to be completely wrong and very right at
the same time.

I agree that indeed only very, very occasionally the mailinglists get
disturbed in a way that ought to call for measures. So rarely in fact that
all too much emphasis on possible measures might be a bigger disturbance
to the lists than the occasional nutter's appearance. 

The last time there was an issue, I actually enjoyed the fun to read
digests and I frankly cannot imagine a situation where stronger action is
needed ( except maybe for people posting their kernels - I wouldn't want a
digest of that. )

For the rest I hope that Bruce continues his benign dictatorship in the
very fine manner that he has been doing it ( Yes Dave, I realize that I am
braindead ) without any formalized enforcement that neither he nor Debian
needs as far as I can see.
