No typo. The Suggests: dependency is for the additional functionality of
pstotext (extracting text from PDF); this functionality needs gs 3.51 or
above. I know that we don't have a gs-3.51 package, as that version is not
free, but (since gs-aladdin 5 has been released recently) I expect that
version to become free soon. The gs (>= 3.51) is anticipating that.
