I guess I was just clumsily saying that I would like us to respect the
request from the MIA team here. Anyway, I've uploaded
libhtml-linkextractor-perl and will take care of libhtml-table-perl,
libhtml-tokeparser-simple-perl, libtangram-perl soon.
