After my yesterday presentation e-mail and following Gregor's indications, I have already set-up my Salsa account and subscribed both mailing lists, as per the DebianPerlGroup/Welcome page.

Some words from yesterday's email: I'm a sw developer mainly focused on perl and been using Debian and perl for some time (with on and off periods) and very happy about perl and Debian. In my current job I use the both and my intention is to continue using them. I have no intention on joining Debian/perl but to participate and continue learning, stay up-to-date, know more things then I know now. I have no personal packages and I would be more than glad to contribute on existing packages or documents.
As a first step I intend to continue reading and learning the "Debian Packaging Tutorial" and the information present in the Perl group web pages as suggested.
I'dd be happy to receive any additional guidance you may think appropriate or start participating in any tasks that might be applicable to my case.
