I've finished the package update. The 2.4-3 release seems ready for me. I even fixed building issues that I merged upstream.

I just had a brief look at the repo, and it looks a bit "unorthodox"
:)
I don't see any changes to debian/ after the import (except for a
mass commit from me which I've git-format-patch'd locally), so I've
deleted the repo on salsa.

Not sure what happens for people you have a local clone; but a
force-push wouldn't be painless either ...

So please go ahead with a `dpt pushrepo' if you're happy with your
local repo.
