Yep, that sounds like pretty much it if your packages are otherwise in
good shape! Feel free to ask on the list (or the IRC channel #debian-perl)
if you want a review before upload. In fact there is an informal IRC
meeting there this evening, see the announcement on this list, though
unfortunately I can't be there.

IIRC you need someone to add you even if you're a DD - I'm sure that
will happen before long (I don't have access to do that myself).
