Debian Perl Sprint 2017 to be held at DSC around May 20

This choice didn't fare any better, and they were the best we could come
up with. So we intend to have a small Debian Perl Sprint 2017 around
May 20th at the Debian Sun Camp in Lloret as proposed by Alex. Apologies
for the delay in announcing this.
More people are naturally still very welcome. Anybody willing and able
to attend, please contact Alex / Gregor / me as soon as possible.
