But that's not an issue. I'll at least add a "Suggests:
dist-zilla-app-command-authordebs".

Probably the former if I use that functionality and the latter if I
want to do add dzil subcommands to dh-dist-zilla, too. :-)

Thanks for pro/con summary on dzil subcommands, too.

BTW, I actually think we should teach dh-make-perl to use
libdist-zilla-app-command-authordebs-perl and dh-dist-zilla in the
situation where there's just a dist.ini and no *.PL / META.* files.
