Hello Padre (and Debug::Client) can no longer be built with perl 5.22 on Debian [1]. On upstream side, Padre is no longer maintained. Given that this issue has been on-going for months with no end in sight, I'm very sorry to announce that padre, libdebug-client-perl and all padre plugins are going to be removed from Debian unstable and won't be part of next Debian release. The package source repository will be moved from debian-perl group to the group "attic" [2]. This will enable our group to resume packaging Padre if this project is re-activated upstream.
