Apparently upstream has fixed the license situation, as the
IO::Pager docs[1] now state:

Thou shalt grant the indemnity of the provider of materials.

it under the same terms as Perl itself, either Perl version 5.0 or,
at your option, any later version of Perl 5 you may have available.
