This library implements a Perl interface for a proposed standard for database
connection URIs.

The proposed standard defines a scheme name of "db:<engine>:",
and the library provides an interface to DBI.

I'm hoping somebody, possibly of the Debian Perl Group, could maintain
this package, as it is a dependency of App::Sqitch, which I'd also like
to see packaged (and I'd probably would maintain Sqitch if it's
dependencies are in Debian).
