As I see it, "not coming because there's no DebCamp" and "I'm coming but 
not early because [there's no DebCamp to tie that to]" are related.  
That's my main reason for not attending: There's no DebCamp so I cannot 
expect _others_ to arrive early either - no matter the argument raised 
by some that anyone is free to try organize early meetings on their own.
