Hi Gregor, hi Axel,

great to have you thinking on that subject.
Thank you !
This mail is to both of you, since i am not familiar with the rules of
the mailing-list, but you are free to forward or share parts of it.

A) Some informations about traffic:
There are more than a dozen regular bus transfers each day from
Barcelona Airport to Andorra. Half of them go directly and need less
three hours. The others stop by at Barcelona Sants (Barcelona Main Train
Station) and need a little longer.
From Toulouse and Gerona Airports their are two buses a day (3 hours
each), as well as Lleida (2 hours). Reus has no direct link.
Then their are several Taxi companies with special prices which might be
somewhat high for single transfers. But if sharing taxis with up to 8
seats that can be possible at a reasonable amount.

B) procedure for a decision could be like:
1) to work out an offer, i need to know
 a) when should it happen and what category is usual?
 b) how many participants are expected (upper and lower range)?
 c) what facilities are required (rooms, lan, wifi, fringe events)?
 d) where was the event announced in the past and are their report
    published thereafter (blog, communities, press)?
 e) where there any sponsors for a meeting like that in the past? who?
2) then i can work out what we can offer.
3) the community or its leaders will decide ... ;-)

Then thanks for the links, Axel, i plan to join both of the Catalunyan
events.
Salute
Peter
