FTR, I have done yesterday a mass commit. Some of the packages are
left out, e.g. because they had also "not-coform" Vcs-Git fields.

I have also switched to use https.

Pending is the libconfig-model-dpkg-perl upload for the adjusted
checking of the Vcs-Browser field.
