Self introduction and RFS

Hi,

my name is Lubo. I'd like to join the Debian Perl group. My involvment
with Perl includes maintenance of a couple of CPAN modules [1],
bugfixing of some other ones and to a small extent the interpreter
itself. Apart from that I'm a long-time packager [2] and packager
sponsor at Fedora project, fixing things here and there as they break in
a rather wide variety of free software projects [3].

Recently I've added Perl support to Morph [4] web scraping platform. It
uses Debian packages to ship necessary packages to their docker images
and I'd like to make sure everything useful is readily available. At
this point it's Scrappy (which already seems to be worked on) and
Database::DumpTruck.

I've prepared a package [5] with Database::DumpTruck and am wondering if
there's anyone who could do a review and sponsor the package? It might
be likely that some things are not done right as this is my first
involvement with Debian packaging.

Thank you!
Lubo
