Which timezones? 09:00 UTC is something between 04:00-06:00 in Eastern
Canada/New York/Buenos Aires; for the US West Coast it's 01:00.

It's nicer for Australia (Canberra: 20:00) but I'm not aware of huge
amounts of group members from down under :)

I think if we want to make it easier for people in the Americas, we'd
need a time which is their late afternoon/early evening and late
evening in Europe.

Thinking about bremner and dam, we'd have something like
% TZ=America/Halifax date -d 'Thu Mar 6 22:00:00 GMT 2014' 
Thu Mar  6 18:00:00 AST 2014
% TZ=Europe/Sofia date -d 'Thu Mar 6 22:00:00 GMT 2014' 
Fri Mar  7 00:00:00 EET 2014
