Please remove libtest-mockclass-perl from the archive. It build-depends on 
libtest-simpleunit-perl which we want to drop because it is abandoned upstream, 
has an RC bug (#711617) and libtest-mockclass-perl is its only 
reverse-dependency.

libtest-mockclass-perl is a leaf package with 4 popcon votes.
