I've just uploaded the first versions of these packages.  They're in the
NEW queue now.

Looking at them further, i'm also considering into packaging Math::MPFR,
which should build-depend on libmfpr-dev (already in debian).

I've filed #696461 to track that.  hopefully folks won't mind that it's
done under the perl team as well.
