I see no evidence that Lincoln is a _copyright holder_ anywhere, probably because he has written the software during worktime etc. - And the copyright is listed very clearly in each file. And if Lincoln is no copyright holder, mentioning him in "Copyright: " is wrong. - If you want to mention him he a second time (besides Upstream-Contact), you can add a "Comment: the software was written by ..." or an "X-Author: " field.
