remarks regarding package libvm-ec2-perl

Hi Gregor,
I have taken into account your remarks for package libvm-ec2-perl.

Regarding debian/copyright, however, I prefer to keep Lincoln Stein in
the copyright header as it is the single author of the package.
Even if this does not appear as such in the code files, he is not only a
contact but the package author.
