Done (r67569).

Regarding

- d/copyright: the "\n.\n$URL" in Maintainer and Copyright looks
suboptimal

That came out of dh-make-perl. It looked funny to butI left it like
that. I only removed the dot, leaving the URL on its own line in both
cases.
