RFS: libhttp-async-perl

Greetings.

I injected libhttp-async-perl a couple of days ago. It's lintian clean,
builds inside a chroot (pbuilder), and ready to be reviewed and
uploaded. FWIW, it works in Squeeze, and it also works in Lenny, which
was what originally prompted me to package it.
