With Ansgar's help I now know where libdbix-dbstag-perl: In the not displayed "other packages" section. And the reason is that there is already a debian/* tag (which is sub-optimal because tagging should happen after the upload by the uploader to ensure it matches what got uploaded). (The problem of the debian/* tag with git-import-orig is mentioned on http://pkg-perl.alioth.debian.org/git.html ; dh-make-perl doesn't have this problem.)
