I've now added a TODO section to the package's debian/changelog in svn. Please feel free to ask on the list or on IRC if something is not clear. (Another side remark: The package was missing the svn-bp properties on /trunk/libmath-vecstat-perl/debian, and /branches/upstream/libmath-vecstat-perl was missing completley.
