When you think your package is in "Ready for upload" state, change 'UNRELEASED' to 'unstable' in d/changelog (your package looks already done) and wait for a DD revision. Their usually note (if it's necessary) all the (eventual) corrections/additions in d/changelog as 'TODO:' entry and put back the package in 'UNRELEASED' state. So you need to correct it following what they said and when you are ready, put it in 'unstable' state again. You can check all packages state using PET[1] or PET2[2] interface. Cheers, Fabrizio.
