Bug#541342: please upgrade sbuild on peri, caballero, ball, mayer, lxdebian and schroeder (at least)

Due to old sbuild on the buildds in the Subject, libdbd-sqlite3-perl[0] 
fails[1] to build.

The reason is a bug[2] in sbuild that was fixed in version 0.57.4 more than an 
year ago.

Because of the build failures, libdbd-sqlite3-perl (and any other package with 
versioned build-dependency on a provided package) fails to migrate to testing.

Fixed sbuild package is in Lenny. Please upgrade.
