I just looked into it and neither of them actually need uploading,
they're both marked IGNORE-VERSION due to only test changes happening.
I've coordinated with upstream to make sure they don't "use Test::More
0.92" or similar, so everything should be OK.

Apologies for the noise. I don't fully understand how dual-lifed
modules work in Debian, so it would still be nice if someone
clarified. I know there are issues with the new Module::Build waiting
for a bug fix in perl-modules:
