libnetwork-ipv4addr-perl : last check before upload

Hi,

Working on libnetwork-ipv4addr-perl, it seems this one is finished.

I have just commited the last changes to the package according to the
TODOs Gregor added to the changelog :

  1/ turn off DH_VERBOSE in debian/rules (cosmetic)
Done

  2/ check my changes to debian/watch and debian/repack.sh, maybe remove
the lines I commented out (cosmetic)
It works fine.

  3/ necessary: add two sentences to debian/README.source ("quilt",
    "/usr/share/doc/quilt/README.source"
Done

  4/ very cosmetic: remove french spacings before colons in
    debian/README.source
Done. Is it really a french trend ?

The README.source is not included in /usr/share/doc/<package>.
I think this is the right way to do, right ?

So, if you think the package is ready, I would be glad if someone could
upload it.
