No problem for me, I have not strong opinion about this issue. so I'm fine with debian/control comented-field-way, or changelog :) I think that the main reason to be at the Uploaders field is to keep tracking your usual-work packages, but regarding to pkg-perl packages I prefer to use qareport.cgi.
