IMVHO, source package names shouldn't necessarily be named lib*-perl, yet the
binary packages MUST. A source package might, in fact, provide more than simply
the module, I can't see a real reason to call them lib*-perl. Yet, there is an
against: fixing all debian/{control,changelog}s. But I think that's minor work.
We could even use another approach, calling them perl-module. I mean, for
example, fot Hash::Case, the source package is perl-hash-case, which provides
libhash-case-perl. Or maybe it's too confusing. Just an idea, though. (Python
modules, for example, follow the "python-*" naming scheme)
Just my two cents.
