I don't think that this library has to come with executables because the
man pages provides all information:

* a simple "perl -MWWW::Mechanize::Shell -eshell" provides the shell :)
* the bin/wwwshell.pl is an example in
  man3/WWW::Mechanize::Shell.3pm.gz, everyone can copy/paste it

But you are right, one could have it easier by having an example. all
bin/*mech and bin/*pl are in usr/share/doc/$pkg/examples now
