Two short notes:

* AFAICS on http://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=ron you maintain
two perl library packages: libemail-valid-perl and
libapache-request-perl. libemail-valid-perl is already in the DPG svn
repo so you just need to check it out, bring it to the current state
and re-commit it. libapache-request-perl is not there, so joe need to
svn-inject it.
* What helped me get going were two sources:
