libtk-pod-perl update ready to upload

Hello:

I have uploaded a new version of libtk-pod-perl to alioth.  If someone 
could upload it I would appreciate it.  This revision fixes dependency 
problems.  This leads me to a question.  I thought that dh_perl was able 
to figure out the dependencies required by a package using the 
${perl:Depends} construct.  Apparently this construct only generates a 
perl dependency and I have to put them in manually for this package.
