It looks like you need to install the Devel::ptkdb module:

    http://search.cpan.org/search?query=ptkdb

At a glance, that module doesn't appear to be packaged.

Note:  if you're installing a local copy of this package, you will need
to pass "INSTALLDIRS=site" to the Makefile.PL invocation (or add that to
the makepl_arg key in ~/.cpan/CPAN/MyConfig.pm), since the module
defaults to "perl".
