Right, I just managed to prove that myself with the nice test case now
referenced by #213652.  I've reassigned #213652 to libxml-libxml-perl;
if Ardo doesn't have time to deal with it (it's ITA) then I can probably
NMU it.

Are we generally agreed that the "right thing" here is to set a perl 
(>= 5.8.1) build dependency and install dependency, and then rebuild 
the package?  This is basically what I did for libhtml-parser-perl last
night, but in light of problems with various of other packages, I'm not
entirely sure that this was the right solution.
