This is related to Bug #42884.  I'll be providing a perl5-suid in the
new Perl packages to be uploaded tonight or tomorrow during the day.

Something fascinating.  Did you know that if you have a
/usr/share/bin path that Perl's Configure will (rightly I even think)
decide to put the scripts there instead of /usr/bin?  Certainly
surprised me.  What's even more surprising is that something put a
symlink of /usr/share/bin/ConfigEdit -> /usr/X11R6/bin/ConfigEdit on my
development box.  But I can't find a ConfigEdit in anything.
Confusing.
